EFL Enjoyment of Saudi English Majors and its Relation to their Achievement, Autonomy and Self-Efficacy

This study explored the level and sources of EFL enjoyment among 120 Saudi college English majors. It also gender differences in correlation with achievement, autonomy self-efficacy. Students completed a researcher-developed 36-item questionnaire groping enjoyment, autonomy, self-efficacy enjoyment. Students’ GPAs were used as an index achievement. Data analysis revealed that associating students’ learning FL was high. No found between male female students correlated positively The most frequent reported included realization important language, teachers’ attitudes positive classroom atmosphere. Based on results, number conclusions suggestions for further research are offered.
